Please keep Phil in your prayers. He just spent four days in the hospital with pneumonia and several related and unrelated concerns. He's at home now, & needs our prayers for a full & speedy recovery.

Denny just got out of Kennestone Hospital & is recovering at home from complicated & serious surgery. Please pray for a speedy & complete recovery for Denny. Please keep Denny's wife in your prayers, also. Denny tells me he believes God has allowed him to live through several serious surgeries since 2014 & this most recent surgery in early summer 2021 so that he can continue his charity work. Denny will not accept payment for any of his Santa visits, doing them all for charity, & has helped repeatedly doing Santa visits through Peachtree Santas for charity. He is a warm & loving philanthropist that our Santa Community is blessed to have in our ranks. Please keep Denny & his wife in your prayers.

as he suffers the loss of his wife Betty & love of his life to her battle with infection. (See post above in Discussions, & Ron's FB post this morning at 7:15 a.m. for details.) Ron himself is fighting Covid, as the above post for prayer request relays, & the death of his wife now shortly after the death of his sister Linda who he was very close to, have delivered him a severe blow & we need to keep this brother in our prayers, please.

In Prayer Requests
at our May 22, 2021 general Membership Meeting at Marlow's, there are several of our Peachtree Santa members & Santa Community members presently experiencing health needs. Please keep the following in your prayers: 1. Ron Emberg - tested positive for Covid when he went for treatment of a sinus infection Tuesday, May 18 Betty Emberg - still in Signature Rehab trying to get better, herself. As many of you know, Ron & Betty have had more than their share of many different health problems & issues since Covid first hit last year, & we need to keep this couple in our prayers continuously! 2. Bill Brown - Bill's wife Jill emailed us that Bill was admitted to Northside Hospital 4/22 with what turned out to be a blood staph infection that attacked his aortic valve that was replaced in 2009, & again last Monday May 10, after which he was in ICU where it was determined he had a stroke, & small infections entered his brain. Last report we were told he is still in ICU, awaiting recovery enough to be sent to rehab for further care. Please pray for Bill, & Jill, also, as they await further news. Jill requests no emails/texts, please, as she cannot keep up with responding. Their daughter Sarah is posting updates to Facebook. 3. Mike Anderson - Many of you know Mike & Mary Anderson, Mary always giving of herself as the photographer at any event they both attended, freely sharing the photos she took, & Mike with the biggest heart the size of Texas, willing to help with anything, anytime. Mike announced that he is retiring from portraying Santa after many, many years of bringing joy to countless families & children throughout north Georgia due to another heart blockage, & blockages in his legs. Please keep both Mike & Mary in prayer!

A very big THANK YOU to Jim McGrath, Jim Galpin, Joe Pridgen & Lou Knezevich for being our panel of experienced Santas fielding questions from our general membership today, January 25, at our 1st meeting of 2020! They were excellent in their responses, & it was evident from our members' comments as well that we have a LOT of expertise & experience in our wonderful group of Peachtree Santas! Thank you to all for participating! Looking forward to another Panel Discussion with several of our other members in the foreseeable future!
